Budget-friendly hostel in a 19th-century monastery, next to Ponta Delgada's botanical garden

The hostel occupies a charming historic building that once served as a monastery. Guests can book shared dormitories or private twin and quadruple rooms, all with access to communal bathrooms. Each bed has individual lockers, and guests should bring their own padlock for security.
